As a SOSY user on maintenance you have unlimited access to our hotline support within SOSY's regular working hours. You can reach us at  +45 4494 8105 or techsupport@sosy.dk

 

SOSY's working hours are 8:30-16:00 Monday through Friday.


 

On-site Support and Consulting Services

More and more of our users are taking advantage of the possibility of on-site support for complex assignments. Let us help you solve your business needs and use this opportunity for customized training within your own environment.

Off-hour Support

If tech support is desired outside SOSY's regular working hours, e.g. in connection with an upgrade, we can offer this service based on the availability of SOSY's tech support staff.
 
The service provided can either be via the phone and WebEx which allows for hands-on involvement at users' sites, or on-site visits can be planned.

Both Aldon and Original Software offer hotline support 15 hours per day, so they can be called outside SOSY's regular working hours.
